What is Kubly?+
Kubly is a creativity and learning platform for families. It brings together personalised stories, colouring pages, activities and homework help, alongside ready-made content. AI helps create personalised content from your ideas.
Is Kubly safe for my child?+
Kubly is made for children and set up by a parent or carer. Every idea is checked before anything is made: some ideas Kubly won’t make, and some need a parent’s PIN first. There are no adverts. Our privacy policy explains what information is used, which services process it and how to delete it. AI can still make mistakes, so it’s worth looking at what your child makes together.
What can we try free?+
A free parent account opens selected ready-made stories, colouring pages, activities and Where’s Bexo scenes. No card is needed. Creating your own uses credits, which come with every paid plan or as a top-up. New accounts also get free credits to try creating their own stories, colouring pages and activities.
Do we need a printer?+
No. You can read stories and explore supported activities on screen. Colouring pages and printable activities are also available for use on paper. Check each item for its available formats.
What ages is Kubly for?+
Kubly is for children aged 3 to 12. Each ready-made resource shows an age guide so you can choose what suits your child.
How does AI fit in?+
AI helps turn your child’s ideas into stories, pictures, activities and homework hints. We think that’s a good way for children to first meet AI: as a creative tool they direct, not something that thinks for them. AI can make mistakes, so it’s worth talking together about what it makes.
Can my child use Kubly alone?+
The account belongs to a parent or carer, who sets up each child’s profile. You choose the level of supervision that suits your child. AI can make mistakes, so check in on what they make.
What happens to my child’s information?+
Kubly uses profile information and the ideas you provide to personalise content. Our privacy policy explains which services process this information, how long it is kept and how to request deletion. Please read it before uploading a photo or entering personal information.
What does it cost, and can I add more children?+
Plans start at $6.99 a month, billed monthly or annually, and every paid plan includes all four features and the full ready-made library. Starter includes 1 child profile, Family 2 and Family Plus 5; on any paid plan you can add more for $3.99/month each, which also adds 100 credits a month, up to 10 children (for more, email support@kubly.app). Change plan or billing period any time in Settings → Billing with your parent PIN.
What is the founding family offer?+
The first 500 annual Family and Family Plus subscriptions get a founding price: 35% less than a year of monthly payments for the first 100 places, then 25% less for the next 400. You keep your founding price for as long as your subscription continues. Starter and monthly plans are not included.
Can I cancel or get a refund?+
Paid plans renew until cancelled. You can cancel through Settings → Billing. Our terms explain when access ends and how refunds are calculated, including the 14-day refund process for an initial subscription payment or annual renewal.
